Mango Jam

REQUIREMENTS:
1kg kalmi aam /mango
1/2 kg sugar
...pinch of citric acid

recipe:peel n cut mango in pieces .boil them without water.now make paste in mixi.nowput it in pan,add sugar and boil untill it become little tranze.now cool it down.kunkune garam ko bottle me dale aur seal it.aftersome time jam is ready.enjoy it.........
